Aydan Aydoğmuş Hatipoglu

She was born on September 14, 1964. During her high school education, her desire to become a journalist shifted to the field of chemistry with the guidance of his beloved chemistry teacher. She started her university education in Ankara Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1981, in the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. She completed her university education, which lasted a total of 5 years, including 1 year of English preparatory class, in 1986 as the second in the department. She started working as a research assistant in the Biochemistry Department of the Institute of Science in the same year. Following her simultaneous master's degree, she started her doctoral studies at METU in 1988. On the one hand, due to economic conditions, on the other hand, the desire and desire to apply what he learned in the industry, she resigned from his research assistant position at METU in 1990 and left Ankara without completing her doctoral education. On May 1, 1990, she stepped into her professional career at the Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Factory, the pioneer of pharmaceutical manufacturing in Turkey at the time.

 

She took part in many activities within the scope of pharmaceutical manufacturing and pharmaceutical quality at the Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceutical Factory and gained academic experience both in the kitchen and management side of the business. She got married in 1991. In 1992, when Eczacıbaşı moved its manufacturing factory to Lüleburgaz, she and her husband left İstanbul and moved to Çorlu area which is located to very close to Lüleburgaz. Her daughter Eylül Elif was born in 1993, and her son Berkan was born in 2002. During this period, She started her doctoral studies in the Biochemistry Department of the Faculty of Medicine within the scope of the joint work of the Istanbul University Faculty of Health Sciences program - Pharmacy and Medicine Faculties in 1997. She received her doctorate in 2002 with his thesis titled “The Effect of Hazelnut Oil on Atherosclerosis (Hazelnut oil administration reduces aortic cholesterol accumulation and lipid peroxides in plasma, liver and aorta of rabbits fed on a high-cholesterol diet. Biosci Biotechnol Biochem ., 68: 2050-2057,2004.).

 

Her elder brother was martyred in a conflict in the Gabar Mountains while he was serving as a First Lieutenant in Mardin Midyat in 1994, and this made her question concepts such as life and death, brotherhood, rights, justice, equality, and man's search for meaning deeply for the first time. She retired from Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceutical Factory in 2006, where she worked with great pleasure, accumulated beautiful memories and experiences, and learned a lot in the pharmaceutical sector. She continued her career in the pharmaceutical industry at Biofarma İlaç Sanayi in Istanbul between 2007-2010 and then at Sandoz Syntek İlaç API Plant in Tuzla, Istanbul, which was part of Novartis Technical Operations (NTO) Turkey organization between 2010-2021. At Novartis, she first served as Quality Unit and Plant Responsible Manager and in the last 3 years as Plant Director, and ensured that factory operations were carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards by taking Novartis Values and Behaviors as a guide and focusing on process efficiency. The NTO active pharmaceutical raw material production plant, where she served for 11 years, was one of Novartis' 4 factories in Turkey and has managed to be in the top six in its field by allocating 85% of its production capacity to export since its establishment. She actively involved as an evaluator in the KALDER EFQM Excellence Model Award evaluation process. The areas she was responsible for and managed did not receive any critical findings in various health authority inspections around the world, especially in the USA (FDA), England (MHRA), Germany (BFRM), Romania, Japan, South Africa, Iraq, Russia, Slovenia, and Brazil.

 

She managed the qualification processes of suppliers and inspected the compliance of suppliers with GMP standards both in Turkey and abroad with visits. The efficiency that was provided in laboratory processes was awarded by Global Sandoz. She took part in the concerts organized for the benefit of the disabled within the scope of the “İşten Sesler Choir” social aid project she participated in for a while. She gave “Quality Management for Drug Product and Drug Substance” and various professional development courses to students from METU, ITU, YTU, Marmara University and Yeditepe University. She saw the opportunities to increase her leadership skills by participating in the Landmark Leader development program and subsequently, she enriched her awareness on the path to becoming a good leader by regularly participating in the established working groups. Within the scope of the change in drug production strategies, Novartis' decision to reduce-stop conventional production in the world and the cessation of operational activities of the Tuzla Plant ,she left her position as of the end of March 2021 and ended her professional career as well.

 

In October 2021, she experienced the greatest pain, the loss of a child. This period was a turning point in her life, where she would never be the same again, and she took different situations and decisions, and her change and transformation began. Sometimes Having her child Eylül, who introduced her to the greatest energy of the universe, motherly love, passed away in a tragic accident 3 months after she turned 28 make her thinking that she is actually a spirit tasked with opening the door to new awareness and new experiences for her mother. She received his certificate of expertise Numerology with various research and trainings in understanding the mathematical language of the universe, solving our life mission of numbers, the path we will evolve, the fateful knowledge and skills we bring in our pockets when we are born and understanding their effects. In addition, after completing the NLP and EFT and Professional Coaching certificate programs, she received the title of MYK Certified Coach in May 2024 and his AC membership started as of November 2024. In the meantime, her membership in ÇYDD, Ataşehir Branch continues. She is now trying to approach life with a deep perspective, trying to increase both her emotional and mental awareness. The loss of her brother and child in the past, and the memory of her daughter Eylül are very precious to her. While remembering them with love and longing, she chose to hold on to the values in her life even tighter. She started the memorial forest project in her name to commemorate Eylül. She has a great interest in spiritual and universal issues. She has a deep belief in concepts such as reincarnation, higher dimensions, universal laws and frequency. She cares about people confronting their essence, making choices in accordance with universal values and spiritually progressing, maturing, that is, evolving. She sees sharing knowledge and love as a duty.
